They replied promptly and friendly and were honest that it was a simple mistake. They without me asking refunded my meal and got it out to me asap. Average quality at best but with many 1 dollar items unlike most other fast food establishments anymore. Sometimes all the sour cream will be at one end of the burrito resulting in a mouthful of cream at the beginning or a wasted last bite because your only left with tortilla and sour cream, but this is a Taco Bell problem, not specific to this location.August 19, 2016
